This course will give you a fun introduction to the basics of sailing a small dinghy and gives you the opportunity to push yourself if you wish.

Course Content

Aiming to complete the RYA Stage 1 and RYA Stage 2 courses.

Stage 1: Launching and recovery, sailing across the wind, turning around, steering and basic parts of the boat

Stage 2: Improved sailing skills on all points of sail. Tacking, gybing, ropework and collision avoidance

Instructor to Student ratio

1 Instructor to 6 Students

Minimum Age

8 years old
