This 5 day course will give you a fun introduction to the basics of sailing a small dinghy and gives you the opportunity to push yourself if you wish.
Course Content
Aiming to complete the RYA Stage 1 and RYA Stage 2 courses.
- Stage 1: Launching and recovery, sailing across the wind, turning around, steering and basic parts of the boat
- Stage 2: Improved sailing skills on all points of sail. Tacking, gybing, ropework and collision avoidance

1 Instructor to 6 Students
Minimum Age
8 Years Old
What to bring
- Towel
- Spare clothes
- Lunch
- Wetsuit boots/ old shoes
Consider bringing
- Wetsuit
- Raincoat/Waterproofs
- Any sailing kit you already own
- Sunglasses, Sun hat, Sunscreen, Water bottle
- Warm hat, Extra layers

No previous experience required
