This course is exclusive to women who would like to learn in a relaxed, supportive and confidence-building environment. No previous experience is needed - Just enthusiasm and a willingness to try something new. By the end of the course, you will have learned skills and confidence to sail a dinghy under supervision and continue your sailing journey.

Course Content
You will learn to sail in all directions, including an awareness of launching and recovering all while building confidence and enjoying time on the water.
